"leau-define," as far as we can reckon (and we reckon quite a bit in our frankly exhausting little word nerd hobby ā you wouldn't happen to have some suitably obscure thesauries lying around would you?), is a supposed nonce-word. That fancy way of saying it was probably accidentally mumbled into existence by someone attempting to mash together the French word "lĆ©ovalent," meaning essentially, a frivolous or wanton disregard for propriety (pretty close, right?!) and the act of defining something. Nobody actually intended that as an actual word. It's the sort of thing you might utter after too much sherry whilst earnestly trying to explain why a badger is being exceptionally cheeky.
